The deep, bold flavour of our dark maple syrup comes from its late harvest. And luckily for us, the traditional syrup makers of Canada’s world-renowned Bas-St-Laurent region know exactly when to tap the majestic maples to get those exquisite caramel, toasty notes.  

The result? An organic, pure vegan dark syrup, perfect for adding rich, robust depth to all kinds of dishes.  

Try using this dark syrup as a glaze for pastries, in baking instead of other sweeteners, or over pancakes for a delicious desert. Combine it with soy sauce and garlic for the ultimate umami dip or marinade – or if you’re feeling experimental, roast some sprouts, sweet potatoes or carrots in a mix of dark maple syrup and balsamic vinegar, for a caramelised savoury side dish.
